Our work is guaranteed for 12 months Postage and shipping charges by registered postage is
a standard £4.00 per parcel ( Inc in basic repair charge) .

Question. You may ask why do we
charge less than a High Street Jeweller ?
Answer, We are a trade
workshop. We have no show room or shop front to fund and maintain. We do not require
counter staff therefore our charges can reflect these lower overheads.
Question. Does a cheap price
mean a poor quality job.
Answer. No, we work to the
highest standards in our profession and only use genuine replacement materials. Your job
will be cheaper because you are dealing directly with the watch repairer.
Question. Is my watch safe to
send in the post to your workshop and would you honour your guarantee.
Answer. Yes, but we would say
that won't we ! If you would prefer to deal with a shop where you can also buy other
products and see a real person then that is what you should do.
Question: Do you sell watches
or bracelets or straps.
Answer : NO! Our trade is watch repairs and as we cannot not hold a full range of new
watches to give customers a good choice.
Question: What is a good value
for money watch?
Answer: We would recommend watch brands that are easy for us to obtain repair parts for so
as to prelong it's useful life but our recommendation for a value would be:
For everday use buy a cheap watch in a strong case and throw it away when it stops.
For an investment or a present buy a watch brand that you see for resale in prestige
second hand shops and top auction houses and web sites.
